Toastique, a restaurant new to Wichita, has set an opening date. Kalene Hoffmann says she’s chosen Saturday, Sept. 7, as opening day for it at Cambridge Market, 21st and Webb. The address is 9747 E. 21st St., and the restaurant is just a couple of doors down from Hoffmann’s other business, Bodybar Pilates East. The restaurant is part of a Washington, D.C.-based restaurant chain. Toastique’s menu offers fancy toast creations, acai bowls and smoothies, and the chain insists that the dishes its customers get look as good as they taste, Hoffmann said.
