Two new Wichita restaurants have opening dates now, and there’s updates on two others. Raising Cane’s, near Maple and Ridge, plans to open next month, while Todd’s Creole Kitchen, at 13th and Tyer, will open to the public on May 28. Upscale restaurant KVH Chophouse, near 29th and Tyler, should be open by early July, its owner says. Demo work is beginning for The Big Biscuit, just north of the Dillons at 21st and Maize. That restaurant is now on track for a fall opening.
