Wichita Public Schools administrators recommend Proposal 2, previously referred to as the “tax-neutral” option to board members at Monday’s Board of Education meeting. Under this plan, Deputy Superintendent Gil Alvarez said, the proposal would ask Wichitans to finance school rebuilds, HVAC upgrades and more in projects split between two ballot questions.
